I had a car accident some days ago(not my fault). The guys insurance company will cover all the damage which is a very light damage on my vehicle, maybe some scratches on the passengers side. When the appraisal came to give me an estimate for the damage, I included as much repair value as i could, like my front bumper that was already cracked, the alloys that are already scratched and things like that.Well the appraisal gaveme a $2000 estimate!! I was surprised. Now,my question is… Can I just keep the $2000 dollar check and fix the car my self??? I really only need the paint job done, the rest should be fine….Funny right??
